In-process and pre-shipment inspection uses AQL sampling and checks cup-to-lid fit and print registration.
Certifications such as FSC, PEFC, ISO 9001, BRC, FDA food-contact compliance and EcoLogo or Green Seal are available where required, depending on the factory and the material chosen.
Offshore prepares the full import documentation and manages customs entry through a licensed broker, so you deal with one Offshore contact for spec, factory, inspection and paperwork.

What material options are available for cups and containers?
Paper, PLA, PET, PP and bagasse are all used in foodservice packaging, depending on the application, the required performance and any compostability goals. Material choice should be confirmed as part of your initial spec.
Do lids get tested for fit with the cups?
Yes, sample cups and lids are checked together for fit before production is approved, since a lid is only useful if it seats correctly on its paired cup. This fit check is part of the standard sample approval step.
Can foodservice packaging be printed with our brand?
Yes, custom print is available in spot color or full wrap formats depending on the factory's capability and the material chosen. A printed sample is approved before the full production run.
