You approve a pre-production sample before the factory runs full production.
Offshore audits the factory and reviews the sample against your agreed spec.
In-process and pre-shipment inspection uses AQL sampling to check ply, size, packaging and case count before the container is booked.
Offshore prepares the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and ISF, and handles HTS classification and customs entry through a licensed broker.

Can packaging be matched to a retail or private label brand?
Yes, case and roll wrap packaging can be printed to a private label design, subject to the factory's printing capability and your artwork. Offshore confirms the printed sample before production runs.
What fiber options are available for towel and tissue?
Virgin, recycled, blended and bamboo fiber are all used in this category, depending on the factory and the product grade you need. Fiber choice affects softness, strength and cost, so it should be part of the initial spec.
How is quality checked before a container ships?
