You approve a printed sample, sometimes called a strike-off, before the full run.
Offshore audits the factory and reviews the pre-production sample against your spec.
In-process and pre-shipment inspection checks print registration, color match and fold accuracy using AQL sampling.
Offshore prepares the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and ISF, and manages HTS classification and customs entry through a licensed broker.
You work with one Offshore contact for artwork approval, the factory relationship, inspection and paperwork, instead of managing a printer, a forwarder and a trading company on your own.

What is a strike-off sample?
A strike-off is a printed sample run on the actual napkin substrate, used to confirm color match and placement before the factory commits to a full production run. Offshore reviews this sample with you before production starts.
Can napkin fold style be customized?
Yes, fold style such as quarter-fold, 1/8 fold, interfold or tall-fold is set per order to match your dispenser or presentation needs. This should be confirmed alongside sheet size and ply.
